Katie Ullman

A Midwesterner at heart, Katie grew up in Ohio and received her bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance and real estate. Her Midwestern roots carry into her (divided) household—it’s difficult being married to a Michigan alumni as a die-hard Buckeye fan. Despite their football rivalry, Katie loves being supporting her family’s many interests, ranging anywhere from baseball to mathletes.

Katie’s passion is real estate. She was named a Bay Area Leading Women in Real Estate in 2022, and serves on local product councils for both ULI and NAIOP. When she’s not leading the industry, Katie enjoys participating in community service, skiing, and live music––although, nowadays, her family often settles for Just Dance competitions in their living room. Her family recently took their first international trip to Japan, which proved to be an unforgettable and delicious experience.
